Life A-Maze

Decided to write a skeltonic verse for today’s prompt- a poetry form I learnt from taking part in NaPoWriMo. Every line lasts between three and six words. Every end word rhymes with the last until you start a new start of rhymes.

On some days,

Life feels like a maze,

You wander in a daze,

And wish you could erase,

But remember always,

It’s just a passing phase,

You will find the way,

A little time take, it may;

But like they say,

“Rainbows only follow a rainy day”,

So just stay strong,

And do no wrong,

Your heart before long,

Will sing a happy song.

Awesome. Life is definitely like a maze. We have to work hard and constantly to find our way through it or else we will be trapped in it forever. I am happy to read your poem👌👌👍👍
