Indelible Impressions…

via Daily Prompt: Impression

Wrote a Senryu poem on the prompt “Impression”. A Senryu like a Haiku follows 3 lines of 5-7-5 syllables but focuses on humans and not on nature.

impression1

Was it what you said,

Was it what you did, but you-

Left behind a mark.

Was it how you looked?

Or was it your voice, that I-

Just could not erase.

Or was it a touch,

So strong, so gentle, made an-

Indelible Impression.
