Had written this poem in 2018. Am sharing it again as I felt it fits the subject ‘Watered by the rains,’ a feature introduced under Saturday Symphonys by Jude
With the current pandemic, the hunger to visit home and family remains unsatiated. I’m not sure when we will be able to travel again but reading this poem made me realize how some feelings only grow stronger with time.
