Travel Challenge day 1

I was nominated by my blogging friend Robbie Cheadle  to post one favorite travel picture a day for ten days without explanation, then to nominate someone else to participate. That’s 10 days, 10 travel pictures, and 10 nominations. It doesn´t have to be 10 consecutive days.

Thank you Robbie for giving me the opportunity to go back to my travel albums. I’m sharing a few of my pictures from our trip to Germany, nine years’ ago. I have been meaning to write a post on our eighteen day trip to this beautiful country but somehow have not got down to doing it. This might be the beginning that I was waiting for.

A shop in Europa park
Neuschwanstein Castle
Remnants of Berlin Wall
Brandenburg Gate
Parliament Building – Reichstag
Porcelain room in Charlottenburg Palace
St. Peter’s Church- Munich
Somewhere in Leipzig

Today I’m nominating Pragalbha for this challenge. Pragalbha has a lovely blog, Infinite Living where she shares her life experiences which are both thought provoking and inspirational.

If I nominate you and you don’t have time or the enthusiasm to participate, please don’t worry. I don’t mind at all if you pass on the nomination. All Rights Reserved.

These are wonderful pictures, Smitha. Your girls are so cute and young. I would love to visit Germany and see all the beautiful buildings. Thanks for joining in. I’m sorry I’m late visiting, but it has been a crazy work week. I’m sure you remember the deadlines from your banking days.

Thank you so much Robbie. Germany is beautiful and definitely worth a visit if not many. I totally understand you not being able to reply earlier. I miss the ‘crazy’ times in office. I hope things have settled now at your end and I hope all’s well.
