Hi Smitha, yes, we often just want to be heard, so it can be disappointing when someone wades in and tells us what to do, instead of just being there to hear our thoughts.

  Hi Andrea…yes, absolutely. And, yet, many do just that. Sometimes, we do it ourselves unconsciously. This is a reminder for me too, to be the kind of person I’d need when I’m in trouble.
