Art: Sunshine in my vase

‘Sunshine in my vase’ is an inspired watercolour painting done on A4 size paper. I loved how it turned out. Painting these yellow flowers lifted my spirits at a time when I needed to be positive. I painted this just before my short stint at the hospital. It helped me through the waiting time- waiting for the procedure and for the results thereafter. By God’s grace, I’m fine now.

However, with everything going on around me, I forgot to share this painting. So, here it is now.

I’m posting this for ‘Wordless Wednesdays’. I hope I haven’t broken any rules other than the ‘wordless’, by posting a painting instead of a photograph.

Beautiful flowers and background. Art can heal our anxiety, I painted lavender fields for calming my nerves before my knee replacement.
